Serena is an experienced esthetician who loves people and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their healthy skin goals. Her 20 years of experience in treating complex skin conditions as well as her own struggle with acne as a teenager has made her very effective and compassionate as a skin therapist. She strives to make each and every treatment she offers a customized and connected experience for the client with big results and lots of relaxation.
Her genuine and kind nature shines thru in how she cares for her clients and values the relationships they develop. Her specialties include customized one hour skin treatments, collagen boosting facial massage, eyebrow shaping, and the best neck & shoulder massage you will ever experience!

Kelsey is a licensed Esthetician who thrives on instilling confidence in her clients through effective and personalized skin care treatments. Her passion for skin originated from her own client experience at Zio Skin Spa. After several treatments, she not only found herself fixated on the “the how” of her own skin’s results, she found herself daydreaming what it would be like to to give others the same positive and healing experience day in and day out. Kelsey’s specialties include one hour skin treatments, custom at-home regimens, and holistic facial massage.
